From October 28 to 29, 2017, the 2017 Council and Academic Exchange Meeting of Liaoning Instrumentation Society, sponsored by Liaoning Instrumentation Society, undertaken by Anshan Tooling Automation Instrument Co., Ltd. and co-organized by Anshan Xintaike Automation Equipment Co., Ltd., was held in Anshan Shanshui Manor.

This meeting was held together with the Liaoning Instrumentation Society Council, Engineering Design Committee Working Meeting and Enterprise Innovation and Cooperation Sub-Committee Year, focusing on "Intelligent Technology, Innovation and Development, Win-win Cooperation", aiming to revitalize the instrumentation industry in Liaoning Province, enhance mutual communication and understanding among members, and promote win-win cooperation. 48 representatives and 35 member units participated in this meeting.

2017 Liaoning Instrumentation Society Council

The meeting was chaired by Liu Bing, the secretary-general of the Society, who firstly summarized the work of the society in 2016.In 2016, the society successfully completed the work assigned by the government authorities, established the Party Branch of Liaoning Instrumentation Society, was approved as the provincial academic exchange platform of Liaoning Association of Science and Technology, the transfer service base of scientific and technological achievements of Liaoning Association of Science and Technology, and the member of intelligent manufacturing consortium of Liaoning Association of Science and Technology, and successfully passed the civil affairs, science and technology association Annual audit, intermediate inspection, etc. In order to maximize the role of the Society and better serve its members, the Society has strengthened cooperation with the China Instrument Society, undertaken regional activities of the Society, hosted the General Assembly's 2017 "Chuan Yi Cup" China Skills Competition in Northeast China, and participated in activities such as the General Assembly's Science and Technology Award, Product Award, and Youth Talent Support Project. At the same time, the Society has established a cooperation platform with the Federation's Special Committee on Automatic Control Design and the Northeast Process Automation Design Committee, and hosted the working meetings of the Northeast Process Design Committee in Dandong, Shenyang and Dalian in 2016 and 2017 respectively.

In order to be able to create more opportunities for member enterprises to cooperate with design institutes and end-users, the society set up a Dandong instrumentation workstation and participated in activities organized by the Dandong Municipal Government, such as academicians and Dandong tour, to help members promote technologies and products and help member enterprises in their development. In 2016, the society improved its institutional and platform system, established the Automation Design Professional Committee and the Enterprise Innovation Cooperation Branch, and established the Society expert pool to provide a wider range of services for members.

While affirming the achievements of the society, Liu Bing also pointed out the shortcomings of the society, such as the needs of members and the society's services are not yet well matched, and the ability to undertake government functions is insufficient, which are the focus of work in the next year. Next, the society will continue to improve its ability to serve its members, establish a pool of experts, form a team of experts, and plan to build a resource and revenue sharing mechanism.

Four directors were added at the conference, namely Zhong Chongquan (Dalian University of Technology), Wang Xianjian (Dalian Meitian Group), Zheng Helei (Anshan Xintai Ke Automation) and He Xudong (Shenyang Zhitong Engineering), which injected fresh blood into the society and strengthened the strength of the society.

Annual Meeting of Corporate Innovation Cooperation Chapter

The meeting was chaired by Wang Hong, vice president of the society and chairman of the Enterprise Innovation and Cooperation Branch. The meeting was divided into two parts: theme sharing and exchange and branch development discussion. Member representatives spoke enthusiastically and shared their experiences in technology, management, and policy. Zhong Chongquan of Dalian University of Technology made a speech on the topic of "Industrial Internet Technology for Smart Factories", Wei Jianwei of Microcyber shared "Industrial Internet of Things and Cloud Platform", Zhang Penggang of Focus Technology shared "Complex Fluid Metering and AB Symmetric Flowmeter", Zhang Xihong of Shenyang Metrology Institute made a detailed introduction to the laboratory platform of Metrology Institute, Guo Yonggang of Dandong Tongbo discussed "Enterprise Management and Technological Innovation" with the members, and Yu Haiyue of Focus Technology Consulting explained "High and New Technology Enterprise Assessment and R&D Fee Add-on Deduction Policy" to the members.

The member representatives also talked about their ideas and suggestions on how to develop the chapter in the future. Wan Ronghua from Liaoyang Zhongxin Instrument shared his personal experience in Shanghai. He suggested that we should keep pace with the development of the times, change our mindset in time, learn from developed cities, and change from enterprises alone looking for enterprises to dock and talk about cooperation to society organizations docking enterprises, societies, governments, and countries, and create more development opportunities for members by changing our mindset. Focusing on science and technology, Zhang Penggang, Jia Hui'an and other representatives also made speeches one after another, offering suggestions for the development of the society.

Engineering Design Committee Working Meeting

The meeting was chaired by Liu Bing, the secretary general of the society, who elaborated on the work responsibilities and work direction of the Engineering Design Committee, and the members put forward reasonable and effective suggestions for the next development of the Engineering Design Committee.

Finally, the meeting came to an end with the concluding speech of Liu Bing, the secretary general of Liaoning Instrumentation Society. In the face of the "new era", the new requirements and more development opportunities put forward by the competent authorities, and the "growing needs" of the members, we will "not forget the original intention, bear in mind the mission "We will strive to build a first-class society with good social reputation, scientific and standardized management, perfect service system and strong cohesion of members.
