MC0312 Ethernet-APL embedded core module is a miniaturized module developed by Microcyber that complies with 10BASE-T1L (IEEE 802.3cg) standard. It supports bus power supply, communication rate of 10Mbps, and maximum communication distance of 1000 meters. The MC0312 Ethernet-APL embedded core module software protocol supports Modbus-RTU master station and HART-IP slave station functions, and can quickly upgrade user Modbus devices to HART-IP protocol devices that support the APL physical layer. Internal conversion principle of MC0312 module:
The MC0312 module is embedded into Modbus equipment (temperature, pressure, flow, level, actuator and other instruments) and obtains equipment information through the TTL interface Modbus protocol. The MC0312 module supports Modbus master station and HART-IP slave station functions, and can convert data from data registers (such as input registers and holding registers) in Modbus devices into dynamic variables corresponding to the HART protocol.
