HT1200M HART Fieldbus Modem is a low-power modem chip that can be used in HART devices, which only needs a small number of external components to complete the modulation and demodulation of HART signals.The HT1200M HART Fieldbus Modem is compatible with the SYM20C15 and HT20C15 and with ON OnSemi's A5191HRT and HT2015.
HT1200M HART Fieldbus Modem：
1. Single chip, FSK modem (Semi-duplex 1200b/s)
2. Integrated receiving the circuit of band-pass filter and transmitting signal waveform shaping
3. External 460.8kHz crystal or ceramic filter
4. Working temperature: -40℃～85℃
5. Working current: ＜140uA(3.3V）
6. LQFP32 and PLCC28 package
