Ø Step 1: Connect the MC0313 Modbus to FF embedded core module to the FF system according to the bus connection method. Before powering on for the first time, you need to turn the S/E, WP and RST dial switches to ON and restore the factory values. After powering on for 5 seconds, turn the DIP switches of S/E, WP, and RST to OFF state respectively.
Ø Step 2: Open the Modbus slave software and create a new project to simulate user data.

Ø Step 3: Open NI-FBUS Configurator, connect MC0313 to the FF system through the MC series test baseboard, and connect the serial port to Modbus_slave. It can be seen that MC0313 is online in NI.

Ø Step 4: Double-click the RB2 resource block, click Auto, and switch the resource block mode to Auto.
