Diffusion silicon pressure transmitter common troubleshooting:
1.The installation should make the transmitter pressure sensitive parts axially perpendicular to the direction of gravity, if the installation conditions limit, the installation should be fixed after adjusting the transmitter zero to the standard value.
2.The residual pressure release can not be released, so the zero position of the sensor and can not come down. The best way to exclude this cause is to remove the sensor, directly inspect the zero position is normal, if the zero position is normal replace the seal ring and try again.
3.The pressure transmitter output does not change, then the pressure transmitter output suddenly changed, the pressure relief transmitter zero back to not. The cause of this phenomenon is most likely caused by the pressure sensor seal.
4.Whether to meet the power supply requirements; power supply and transmitter and load equipment between there is no wiring errors. If the transmitter terminals without voltage or reverse polarity connection can cause the transmitter no voltage signal output.
5.The pressure sensor and transmitter shell generally need to be grounded, the signal cable line shall not be mixed with the power cable laying, sensors and transmitters around should avoid strong electromagnetic interference. Sensors and transmitters in use should be in accordance with industry regulations for periodic calibration.
6.The user in the selection of pressure sensors and transmitters, should fully understand the pressure measurement system conditions, according to the need for reasonable selection, so that the system works in the best condition, and can reduce the cost of the project.
7.Transferred to both sides of the measuring diaphragm through the isolation piece and the filling liquid inside the component. The measuring diaphragm and the electrodes on the insulating piece on each side form a capacitor.
8.The pressure transmitter requires a weekly inspection, once a month inspection, mainly to remove the dust inside the instrument, the electrical components carefully checked, the current value of the output should always be calibrated, the pressure transmitter internal is weak electricity, must be separated from the external strong electricity.
