Is Microcyber a trading company or a manufacturer?

Microcyber is a manufacturer with full in-house production capabilities. Our modern production center in Shenyang, China spans 1,700 square meters and features anti-static flooring, advanced ventilation and air supply systems, precise temperature/humidity controls, and specialized equipment for industrial communication devices (Fieldbus, HART, WirelessHART transmitters, gateways, and more). Founded by the Shenyang Institute of Automation (Chinese Academy of Sciences), we handle R&D, manufacturing, and testing internally to ensure consistent quality and performance.

Quality is our top priority at every stage. We maintain strict control through:

  • Sourcing high-grade raw materials and components directly from trusted suppliers.
  • Highly skilled technicians who follow detailed process standards during assembly and calibration.
  • A dedicated Quality Control team that performs inspections at each key stage — incoming materials, in-process, and final testing — to meet industrial standards and deliver reliable, long-lasting products for demanding automation environments.

For most standard products, we ship within 3 working days after receiving payment and order confirmation. Lead times may vary slightly depending on the product type, configuration, or order volume (e.g., custom or high-complexity items). We always provide a confirmed ETA at the time of quotation to help you plan effectively.

We provide a 1-year free warranty and lifelong technical support. If technical issues arise during the warranty period, our engineers will first provide remote guidance and debugging.
